RSA Business Support is included in your insurance policy. When you first sign up, you will be given access for one year. You will need to renew your access every year. To sign up for the first time you’ll need the following:
If you have an existing Farillio account and you also have an insurance policy via RSA’s Professional and Financial risks team, then you can access Farillio for free. Your existing templates and documents will also be transferred to your new account. To request the transfer of your subscription, please follow the steps below: Please send an email to support@farill.io and tell us you want to move your account over. You need to include the following information:
“I would like to merge my personal Farillio account with my new RSA Business Support account. Yours Sincerely, (your full name)”.
We will change the information on your account and normal service should resume within 24 hours.
RSA Business Support is completely cloud based and hosted. This means you won’t have to worry about upgrading software or web servers. This gives you the flexibility to access and run your business from anywhere with a secure internet connection. RSA Business Support also offers unlimited and free storage for all your documents and legal templates.
